Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened or used.
- Request a refund or replacement within 24 hours if you receive a flawed, broken, or incorrect product. We’re here to ensure your satisfaction. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order for prompt assistance
- Product returns must be made in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition as it was delivered in order to be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact at contact@aniqorganics.com to initiate the return process within 24 hours of receiving your order from our Customer Care team.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and a description of the merchandise. In case the product is broken or has a flaw, provide a picture or a video of it being unpacked.
- As soon as we approve your request, you will receive return shipping instructions.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- No refunds will be provided for opened, used, or partially used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or application by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process:
- Refunds that have been authorized will be handled in seven working days.
- The original payment method will be used to grant refunds.
- If a cancellation is requested for prepaid orders after two hours of making the purchase, processing fees will be deducted, up to thirty percent.
Important Notes:
- Any damage to products that occurs after delivery is not Aniq Organics’s responsibility.
- Kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged product, and provide any supporting images or videos.
- The consent of Aniq Organics is a must for all return requests. Refunds or replacements will not be granted for products returned without authorization.
